  Everyone here is very knowledgeable. Store is very clean and not too busy. Not sure of the gentleman’s name who helped me regarding my watch but he was a great help truly

  To be honest, my husband and I got scammed here. We usually get good service from Verizon, but I guess times have changed since we've been at a cellphone place. We just wanted our services up again since we've suspended our lines for a bit. The employee that sold us our phones lied about the kind of services we were getting. We were then charged for services for times we weren't in the States (military). It doesn't make sense to me. On top of that, we were sold a car box that is billed to us monthly when we were told that it was free.
  
  Overall, if you want decent service, don't go here. The people seem nice but I'm sure they'll charge you more than what they say you'll be billed. If you have no other choice, do your research first before coming in.
