  Would absolutely give negative stars if I could. Awful experience from the beginning to the end. I went to them to get my wheels disassembled so I could get them powder coated. I was quoted a price of $225 for the labor and new bearings and they also said that they wouldn't be charging me for storage. I dropped my bike off on a Thursday and was told that they put in an order for new bearings the next day. The following week, I was told only two bearings came in and that two more would be on back order up to a month. They said that they would find an alternate vendor. I called the next day to ask whether they were able to find one and they simply said that they will try for aftermarket versions. I was confused as to why they couldn't find an alternate vendor after they had several days that week to call around. When I brought this point up with them, they just said that they'll speak to their vendor again and see if there were any changes. I finally got a call back saying that they found an alternate vendor and that the bearings would arrive the following week. At this point, this was pretty much approaching the two week mark.
  
  When I finally went to pick up my bike, they tried to charge me $377 and when I questioned them as to why they were not honoring their original price, they just shrugged and said that due to "miscommunication" they would lower it to $300. There was no "miscommunication", there was a lack of communication as to what the extra charges would be. They claimed that the extra charge came from the bearings, but I was told initially when I spoke to someone that the ENTIRE job including the new bearings and disassembly/reassembly would cost $225 total. So basically, they extended the work on my bike and they also ripped me off with the final price. Also, throughout the entire time my bike was there, their communication was awful and I was always told different things whenever I spoke to someone on the phone. A complete nightmare working with them as well as the final upcharge. Please DO NOT take your bike here. You're much better off doing as much of the work you can yourself.
