  My wife and I decided to go to Black Angus today (2/15/2018) to celebrate a late Valentine's day. Food was great as always and our waiter Felipe was awesome. We arrived at the front door and gave our hostess our name. She said the wait was going to be 5 to 10 minutes as the restaurant was half empty. There were about 8 people in front of us when we arrived and later 2 couples came in after us (these 2 couples gave their names and were added to the waiting list too). 30 minutes later all of the 8 people ahead of us and the couples behind us were seated except us. When I asked one of the hostess she said I had to wait in a not so nice way. I asked a second hostess and she didn't seat us either. It was after we were almost ready to leave that I pressured the hostess to give us a table that she acknowledged my request. It seems to me that the ladies at the front of the restaurant are not very efficient at dealing with people coming in. They don't seat people as they come in. This is not my first experience related to the same issue.
  Food (Steaks) = 5 stars. Felipe our waiter = 10 stars. Hostess = zero stars. This could have been a 5 star review but the bad experience pushed the review rating lower and can say that the great food and Felipe saved the day that prevented this review to be only 1 star. Hopefully Black Angus management reads this review and improves their customer service.
